Remote login allows us to attend to the problem quickly and cost effectively by eliminating the need for travel time and expense. Walk in repairs or support: For the times when the device is not accessible remotely or you just prefer to engage in person, get the same great service and expertise by bringing your faulty device in to our office repair center. In most instances we can immediately asses and book in your device. Before carrying out any repairs, our efficient team will provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding with repairs. Telephonic support Simply give us a call or reach out on WhatsApp and we will assist you with whatever you need. this is a valuable service to benefit from when your device or is not reachable for remote login. Even if you are old school and want to be guided verbally to resolve the issue, that's fine with us, we are happy to assist. Onsite repairs and support Companies, schools and any person who would prefer to be attended to at their premises, we are happy to oblige. We will send our competent and friendly technicians to assist you onsite with any challenges you are experiencing. All our service offerings can be offered on monthly service level agreement or on a case by case basis. Note onsite repairs do attract a call out fee and are appointment based.
