We can assist remotely, telephonically or at your premises, whatever suits you best, you are also very welcome to come to our offices for repairs or support. 

Remote support:

Whatever your problem might be, if you have internet access we can usually login remotely to your system whether a laptop, smartphone, tablet or PC we can resolve the issue anywhere in the South Africa or all over the world. Remote login allows us to attend to the problem quickly and cost effectively by eliminating the need for travel time and expense.

Walk in repairs or support:

For the times when the device is not accessible remotely or you just prefer to engage in person, get the same great service and expertise by bringing your faulty device in to our office repair center. In most instances we can immediately asses and book in your device. Before carrying out any repairs, our efficient team will provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding with repairs.

Telephonic support

Simply give us a call or reach out on WhatsApp and we will assist you with whatever you need. this is a valuable service to benefit from when your device or is not reachable for remote login. Even if you are old school and want to be guided verbally to resolve the issue, that's fine with us, we are happy to assist.

Onsite repairs and support

Companies, schools and any person who would prefer to be attended to at their premises, we are happy to oblige. We will send our competent and friendly technicians to assist you onsite with any challenges you are experiencing. All our service offerings can be offered on monthly service level agreement or on a case by case basis. Note onsite repairs do attract a call out fee and are appointment based.

Maintenance end repairs detail:

  • Maintenance of all hardware, software, applications and operating systems for mobile and devices and PC's
  • Maintenance of Report Printers 
  • Supply this maintenance at a set fee per machine
  • Only Excluding Chargeable Criteria
  • Loan unit machines installed when required
  • Critical stock on hand (boot stock)
  • Majority of repairs done on site
  • Maintenance on screens Unless Scrapped
  • Any scrapped equipment returned to you with Scrapping voucher
  • Carry the onsite warrantee on any supplied equipment
  • When forced to upgrade or scrap equipment no labor charges apply
  • No labor charges will be applied to new installations
  • Incident reports submitted to you with monthly statements to illustrate scope of work and chargeable occurrences

Installations

  • Install & Maintain Pc’s to run custom software and apps
  • Configure and Install any other Hardware & Software you require including operating systems.
  • Networking, Wi-Fi, routers, internet, printers... You name it we can resolve it.
